Our Process

Our Course of Action:

  1. We Receive Your Call
    • When you reach out to us (whether it’s via phone, email, instant messages, etc.), we will prequalify the work to ensure that the job is the best fit for both you, the customer, and us.
  2. Your Info is Sent to Sales
    • Once you’re prequalified, we send along your info to our salesman who will reach out to schedule a free estimate. We guarantee honest and fair prices; you won’t be oversold with us!
  3. The Estimate
    • You meet with our salesman, show you samples of our products, and he will go over details and scope of the job
    • Our salesman will draw a hand-written detailed estimate of the work which will be presented to you and explain every line item.
    • You can look over the proposal and as soon as you’re satisfied, you can greenlight the project with a verbal O.K. with either the office or salesman. No deposit or signature is required.
  4. Sales Info is Handed Over to the Office
    • Once we get the greenlight, your information along with a copy of the estimate will be given to our office.
    • Our office will then send over an email to discuss the installation time and date and get you put on our schedule.
    • We will continue to stay in communication as your installation date draws closer or if any changes need to be made, etc.
  5. Day of Installation
    • We ask that homeowners make themselves available for the time of installation so we can closely work along with you throughout the installation process.
    • When our crew arrives, the foreman will go over and review the estimate with the customer to ensure everyone is on the same page and the job can begin. (Please note: our foreman may make suggestions for last-minute adjustments if they feel it is required of the job).
    • Once the work is complete, a final walkthrough with the foreman will be done with you to ensure it’s been done to your satisfaction.
    • Our foreman then writes out the invoice and payment will be due as agreed upon.
    • Payment can be made via Check, Cash, Venmo, or Credit Card (please note that prices may vary on APR).
  6. All Done!
    • You can now enjoy your quality, professional installed, rain control system for years to come!
